Today, a joint Letter of Intent to Cooperate was signed between the South West State of Somalia Ministry of Justice and the Expanding Access to Justice program (EAJ). Through the Letter of Intent, EAJ seeks to partner with the Ministry of Justice to promote interventions collaboratively to expand the quality and reach of justice assistance to the people of Somalia.
